In late 2007 we turned over the company to a bigger company in California who had the intention of purchasing our entire company. We decided to give our company to this larger company due to our lack of financial strength to make the company strong and healthy. Our goal was to be able to see our vitamin products sold for many years to come and eventually even have our Perfect Pill products in retail stores down the road. Our dreams of growing into a company that sold hundreds of millions of vitamins every year. We achieved selling over 170,000 bottles or almost 50 million vitamins. Our testimonials were just amazing. It is a product I wish we could get into the hands of everyone who is living in America today. It contains so many whole food nutrients your body needs. And due to the North American diet, we eat garbage all the time so supplementing our bodies with whole food nutrients (not synthetic), that was our message as our website educated thousands of people.
However, without selling the company, we would have needed to create better revenues or reduced our costs and the new company that was willing to purchase us seemed to have more answers in getting our company back on track. After 10 weeks of the new company processing all sales and taking over, they walked away. This caused a complete lack of funds to continue operating. We have been hopeful for many months we would find a solution. However, after 6 months of struggling, the best solution at this time we believe is directing our clients to stable companies like "clickbank" which have many options for people who are looking to promote other people's products.....
We will continue to try and seek out more solutions as well....
